The Munro House

This is the Munro House, I found it on the internet when I was in much need of a relaxing vacation. It kept popping up for every search I did that included a spa. I stayed in Clara's Room. I wanted to relax, sleep, read, and most all have some type of spa treatment. I had the best 3 hours of pampering I have ever had! I had the SAYONARA CELLULITE BODY TREATMENT - Dramatically improve your body tone with this wonderful seaweed body treatment. First, your entire body is exfoliated as refreshing aromatic Neroli Sea Salt Scrub is worked firmly but gently into your skin. Next, Cellulite Activating Creams is massaged into cellulitic areas to further stimulate circulation. Finally, a high concentrated seaweed gel is applied. You are then wrapped in blankets to lock in warmth as the nutrients penetrate your skin promoting tonicity and firmness. The treatment includes a one hour body massage with Neroli Body Oils and Creams. a 1 hour massage, then a FULL body skin exfoliation, then body wrap, then another light massage with another lotion. It was pure bliss!!

I am having a wonderful time and I can't believe how fast the time is flying by. It is already 2:39 and I haven't even showered, I love it! I haven't mainly because I am supposed to drink 24oz of water right away and wait at least an hour before I shower to let the last lotion set in. I am lounging in my husband's boxer shorts (
Banana Republic aqua and blue) that I stole for my trip to keep him close. I truely miss my family, but I needed this for myself. I needed to regroup, re-energize. I recommend this to anyone, mother or father, who need a little break from the hustle and bustle of every day life. My husband was surprised that I wanted to go by myself, but I needed to have as much peace and quiet as I could to fully concentrate on myself and what I needed right now. I am proud of myself!! I do miss EVERYONE though.
Love to ALL & see you tommorrow!
